Grilled pork recipes are perfect for outdoor eating. Juicy, Sweet, Salty and Spicy flavors, with fragrance of coconut. It’s super easy to make and perfect for cozy weeknight!
▶ Ingredients :
● 400 g, Pork Shoulder
● 5 cloves, Garlic
● 5 slices, Ginger
● 4 stems, Green Onions
● 6 roots, Cilantro
● 1 and 1/2 tbsp, Fish Sauce
● 2 tbsp, Chili Sauce Mild Hot
● 1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
● 1 tbsp, Palm Sugar
● 1 tsp, Black Pepper Powder
● 160 ml, Coconut Milk
▶▶Method :
1. In a clay or wooden mortar, add the garlic, ginger, green onions and cilantro then pound with wooden pestle until slightly smooth.
2. Transfer to a big bowl, add the fish sauce, chili sauce mild hot, oyster sauce, palm sugar, black pepper powder, mix it well and set aside.
2. Trim off the pork into thinly slices and transfer to the big bowl
3. Pour the coconut milk then mix it well and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
4. Soak the skewers in the water for reduce burning then thread one piece of pork onto a skewer.
5. Grill the pork over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
6. Flip the pork every 2 minutes to make sure it cooks evenly. Add the remaining sauce. Continue grill for 2 minutes.
7. Serve immediately, add the fresh salad, at the table.
