What I eat in a days are for reference and by no means are being judgmental towards other or suggestive that this is what you should eat in a day. Each day is different and I share these videos to help give you ideas on what you can eat on a plant based diet.

Breakfast:

Supper:

Lentil shepherds pie with gravy and a side of green beans with Buffalo hummus.

Gravy:
2 tbsp gravy powder mix
1 c water
1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Gravy Powder Mix:
3/4 c all purpose flour
3 tbsp onion powder
3 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
3 tbsp dry mushroom powder
1.5 tbsp poultry seasoning.

Buffalo Hummus:

2 cans of drained chickpeas (3 cups)
3 tbsp tahini
1/4 c lemon juice
1.5 c ice water
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 c franks red hot sauce

Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until very smooth. Store in an air tight container in the fridge for about a week.
