Goa chilli chicken recipe

CHILLY CHICKEN GOAN STYLE WITH POI
.
Marinate the chicken with garam masala, homemade samar masala,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
In a Kadai, heat oil, add finely chopped garlic,ginger and green chillies.
Saute..
Then add finely chopped onions, saute. Add little salt.
Add chopped tomatoes and sauté.
Cover and cook till the onion turns soft, brown and oil oozes from the side.
In this add the marinated chicken.
Mix well.
Sauté on high flame for 3 mins.
Add water, cover with a Lid and let it cook till the Chicken is cooked.
Then add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and a little honey.
Check and adjust salt.
Let it Simmer for 10-12 mins.
Finally add chopped coriander and turn off the flame.

Your Goan Style Chilly Chicken is ready to serve.
Serve it with Goan Pav, Poi or Undo ..😋
P.s – I Add lots of Garlic for better taste 😋
