Ingredients for Fish Marination:
Boneless Fish 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 2 tsp
Mustard paste 1 ½ tsp
Egg 1
All-purpose flour 3 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
White sesame seeds 2 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 pinch
Salt 1 tsp
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Apple Tomato Sauce:
Apple (green) 1 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1 cup
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Green coriander ½ cup
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Sweet chili sauce 3 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp

Directions for Fish Marination:
1. In a bowl add fish, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, red chili flakes, mustard paste and marinate the fish well.
2. In a bowl add marinated fish, egg, all-purpose flour, corn flour, sesame seeds, white pepper, red chili powder, baking powder, salt and mix well. Add marinated fish in it and coat it well.
3. In a wok heat oil and add coated fish, fry until golden brown and fully done. Your Dhaka Fish is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Apple Tomato Sauce Preparation:
4. In a blender add apple, tomatoes, black pepper powder, mint leaves, salt, sweet chili sauce, ketchup and green coriander. Blend well into smooth paste. Your apple tomato sauce is ready.
5. Serve it with Dhaka Fish and Enjoy.
