Ingredients for channa masala:
200 Grams channa
Salt to taste
5 Spoons oil
Some cinnamon, sea algae
4 Cloves
2 Bayleafs
1 Spoon jeera, chili and red chili powder
1 Onion chopped
2 Spoons ginger garlic paste
1 Tomato paste
1/4 Spoon garam masala
1/2 Spoon jeera powder
Some fresh coriander and curry leaves
Crushed methi

Ingredients for Chola poori:
2 Potatoes boiled
2 Cups maida
Salt to taste
1 Spoon sugar
Pinch of baking soda
Oil for frying
