Ingredients quantity
Turkey meat 1kg
Slice onion 200gm
Slice tomato 200gm
Coriander 20gm
Cumin powder 1tblspn
Chili powder 1tblspn
G.G paste 1tblspn
Oil 120ml
Whole garam masala 50gm
Garam masala 20gm
Salt To taste
Water As required
Turmeric powder 1pinch

Method of preparation
 Take a pressure cooker, heat the oil then crackle whole garam masala then add the slice onion with turmeric powder, sauté till light golden brown.
 Then add the turkey’s meat on it, fry till the moisture get dry then add ginger garlic paste along with all spices, cook it for a while till the raw flavor g.g paste get out, then add slice tomato with little water and cover with lid and make a 4 whistle, uncovered it and serve with rice.
