The Smoky Chili Bacon Cheeseburger is hiding a secret. This secret reveals itself once you bite into it! 3/4 pounds of 80/20 ground beef stuffed with two types of cheese, chili, onion and Frito corn chips! I slow smoked this burger on my Yoder YS640s at 250ºF until the meat was cooked, the chili hot and the cheese melted. While making this I was thinking this was way too over the top, but it’s not! This smoky chili bacon chili cheeseburger rocked and I will be making this again!
