Vegetarian Chili Recipe – BEYOND MEAT CRUMBLES

Today I’m making an easy Vegetarian Chili using BEYOND MEAT CRUMBLES this chili is packed with protein, loads of beans it’s super delicious and very satisfying even meat lovers will enjoy this delicious vegetarian chili recipe.

INGREDIENTS
1. 2 bags Beyond Meat Crumbles
2. 1 -15 oz can petite diced tomatoes
3. I – 15 oz can black beans (rinsed and drained)
4. 2 – 15 oz can chili beans
5. I cup vegetable stock (or water)
6. I packet McCormick chili powder (homemade chili powder below)
7. I medium onion (chopped)
8. 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
9. 1 each medium bell pepper (sweet pepper) Red, Yellow, Green. OR your choice
10. Salt and black pepper to taste
11. 1 tsp red pepper flakes
12. 1 tsp olive oil (more if needed)

INGREDIENTS FOR HOMEMADE CHILI POWDER.

2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbs regular paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano or Thyme
¼ tsp allspice or cinnamon
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp salt optional
½ tsp pepper flakes or cayenne pepper
1 tbsp cumin
