Get Some Tango Spice Here: My bud Tango Joe sent me some beers, some spice, and a whole lot of inspiration! When I saw that Habanero IPA I knew I had to make a pot of chili! Here is a recipe! :
1 2 1/2 pound chuck roast
2 shoulder chop lamb chops
1 pack of Italian sausage, no casing
1 pound of bacon diced
2 medium onions, diced
2 green bell peppers diced
5 stalks of celery diced
1 habanero IPA or similar beer
12 cloves of garlic diced
Tango Spice Southwest Sunset Spice Blend
1 large can of Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
1 small can of pinto beans
Put the meat on the fire, direct heat and get some fire and smoke on it. Don’t try to cook it through. take it off and dice it up and set aside. In a large pot on a high flame saute bacon, add veggies and garlic, cook until translucent, add spice, add meat, add tomatoes and beans and simmer for 4 hours. Eat and enjoy!
