KETO LOW-CARB CHILI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 LB Ground Beef
• 1 LB Hot Italian Ground Sausage
• 1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
• 1/2 Medium Red Onion, chopped
• 1 can of Diced Tomatoes in Tomato Juice (14.5oz)
• 1 can Tomato Paste (6oz)
• 1 1/2 – 2 TBSP Chili Powder (to taste)
• 1 TBSP Cumin
• 3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced
• 1/3 Cup of water (add more while cooking if it starts to dry out)
• 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Brown Ground Beef and Sausage
Add to slow cooker
Add rest of ingredients
Mix well
Cook on low for AT LEAST 8 hours (preferably overnight)
Enjoy with Sour cream and sharp cheddar cheese
– Or top hot dogs and sausages for chili dogs -soooo good
