Beer Braised Chili with Tortilla Chips (plant-based ground meat recipe)

đŸ» Have you tried cooking with beer? It’s about time you do! This chili is made with WTH Giniling (plant-based ground meat) and Nipa Brew’s Drop Zone (India Brown Ale), giving it a unique taste that you won’t get anywhere else.

Serving size: 2-3 servings.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
150g WTH Giniling
165mL Nipa Brew Drop Zone (half bottle)
1 cup tomato paste
1 garlic minced
1 yellow onion chopped
2 bay leaves
Salt and Pepper to taste

đŸ‘©â€đŸł LET’S COOK!

1. In a frying pan over medium high heat, heat some oil. Sauté the garlic and onion till slightly browned before adding the bay leaves.

2. Add the tomato paste and Drop Zone into the pan. Stir until the tomato paste is mixed well with the beer. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Put in the WTH Giniling. Mix well until the WTH Giniling and sauce is combined.

5. Served best with nacho chips. Dip away!
