Anyone else experience nose bleeds or know the cause? This has happened to me only when two conditions are met.
1.) it’s over 90 degrees and
2.)I eat extremely spicy food.
Never with just one of these if it’s 100+degrees no issues.
And before you say stop eating spicy food that’s not going to happen.
