Their rewards have gotten worse as well. There is almost no incentive now to reach “Fire” Tier cause it’s the same things really as “Hot” tier. Plus they took off items like the 5 layer from the reward, but they still got that weak a** bean burrito on there.

The deals they send me don’t even work. Sent a free nachos bellgrande with $10 purchase in an email. Have to use the app. Click the link and it’s nowhere in the app. Twice in the last month this has happened.
