100% Vegan Chili Cheese Burger + Fries (Beyond Meat Burger)(Vegan Cheese)

Recipe and Instructions:

Vegan Chili Recipe:
3 Cloves Fresh Garlic, chopped
1 Tomato, diced
1 Jalapeno, diced
1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Brown Onion, diced
2 Celery Stalks, diced
2 Cups Water
1 Tablespoon Veggie Bouillon
1 14oz Can Diced Tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 19oz Can Pinto Beans
1 19oz Can Red Kidney Beans

1) Chop, dice, and prepare all vegetables and ingredients.
2) Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
3) Add onion, garlic, tomato, jalapeno, celery and sauté until soft.
4) Add vegetable broth, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
5) Add diced tomatoes, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin. Stir,
cover, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
6) Add mustard, sugar, and 2 kinds of beans. Boil on low heat for 25 minutes.
7) The chili is now ready to enjoy on it own or on top of a Vegan Burger and Fries!

Vegan Burger Recipe:
4 Hamburger Buns
4 teaspoons Plant Butter
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
4 Beyond Meat® Patties
4 Slices Vegan Cheese
4 teaspoons Yellow Mustard
1/2 Cup Sliced Pickles
2 Cups Vegan Chili
1/2 Cup Diced White Onion

1) Heat oil in grill pan or non-stick skillet and grill patties for 4 minutes
on each side.
2) Add Vegan cheese on each patty and cover to melt, approximately 2 minutes.
3) Prepare buns by spreading with mustard, and then pickles. Add patty, then top with
lots of Vegan chili and diced onions.
4) Dig In and Enjoy!

Vegan Chili Cheese Fries
1 Pound Frozen French Fries
8 ounce Vegan Shredded Cheese

1) Fry or bake fries according to package directions
2) In baking sheet or skillet, layer fries with Vegan chili and Vegan cheese
3) Melt in oven or broiler for approximately 5 minutes.
4) Enjoy!!
