Simple Ching’s Paneer Chili recipe by Ruchira Recipes

Ingredients:
– Paneer i.e. Indian cottage cheese (200 gm)
– Green Bell Pepper (1/2 cup)
– Onion (1/2 cup)
– Garlic (3-4 cloves)
– Ginger (1 inch)
– Ching’s Masala (20 gms)
– Green Chili (2-3)
– Spring Onion for garnishing

Instructions:
1. In 300 ml water i.e. 2 cups add the Chings paneer chili masala and mix well. There should be no lumps.
2. Cut the paneer vertically. Dice the green bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger.
3. In a pan, heat 3 tbsp oil and Toss in the paneer cubes and stir-fry until they turn golden brown.
4. To enhance the flavor, add and sauté chopped garlic and ginger until fragrant. Also add 2-3 green chili.
Remember the Chings masala already contains red chili powder.
5. Then add diced onions and green bell pepper and cook until slightly tender. you can also add carrot or any other veggies
6. Add in the prepared Ching’s paneer chili masala slurry and mix well.
8. Boil and simmer until the gravy becomes thick. No need to add salt.
9. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
10. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade Ching’s Paneer Chili with any other Indo Chinese rice and noodles!

Note: If you don’t have the masala prepare the slurry using All purpose flour, corn flour, vinegar, black pepper, soya sauce and salt.

Adjust the spice levels and masala quantity based on your preferences.

Hello friends welcome to ruchira recipes today we are going to make a delicious appetizer or a starter called as paneer chili for beginners it is the best recipe to try because it is very simple and easy just follow the instructions on the packet and also follow this video

For some tips note down the ingredients required for this recipe in this video I am using chin paneer chili Masala that serves 4 and it is 20 G after opening this packet you will find the Masala mix inside the packet which contains corn flour salt dehydrated garlic mixed herbs and more

Ingredients as mentioned on the packet now dissolve this Masala mix in 300 ml water that is 2 cups whisk it properly there should be no lumps if you don’t have Ching Masala you can use MAA that is allpurpose flour corn flour soy sauce tomato sauce red chili powder black pepper powder and

Vinegar now take 200 g paneer that is Indian cottage cheese cut it vertically you can either buy this paner from the market or you you can make it at home now in a pan add 3 tbspoon of oil add the paneer cubes keep the flame low and roast the paner on all the

More or less as per your taste remember the Masala contains chili powder so add it accordingly then add green bell paper that is capsicum to make it more colorful you can also add red and yellow bell paper then add roughly chopped onion and saute the veggies for a minute
