–Garlic & Ginger paste (1-2 tbsp).
–Egg (1).
–Pomegranate Seeds (2-3 tbsp).
–Cumin seeds (1 tbsp).
–Green coriander (1 tbsp).
–Mustard powder ( 1 tbsp).
–Red chili flakes (1 tbsp).
–Salt (to taste).
–Turmeric (1 tbsp).
–Achar ghost masala (1 tbsp).
–Garam Masala (1 tsp).
–Bread gram (2-4 tbsp).
–Wheat Flour (3-5 tbsp).

Direction.

–Add Minced meat in a bowl.
–Add All the spices in a bowl.
–Add All the ingredients in a bowl.
–Mix it Well.
–Add bread gram in a bowl.
–Add wheat flour in a bowl.
–Again Mix it well.
–Make Raw Mince kebab.
–Add Oil in a pa.
–Fry the kebab .
–Dish out and enjoy it with chatney and with ketchup.
