Should I be worried about this? I cut off the leaves with the worst. Is this fungus, nutritional deficiency? Should I move away from other plants? TIA!!

It does look like pepper leaf spot and maybe leaf miners. I do think the very least should be to quarantine.

Yeah I would also agree with the other commenter, and try to quarantine the plant. I’m sorry to say, but the damages might be too large to repair.
