What are these brown spots on the leaves of my Scotch Bonnet plant?

If it were me I would do a thorough inspection just to rule out an early stage pest infestation. When/if that search turns up nothing I would chalk it up to the fact that no plant is perfect and then keep a casual eye on it to make sure it doesn’t change over night or spread to everything else after a week.
