Sizzling Chicken Manchurian
Ingredients for chicken:
1/2 kg Chicken cubes boneless
4 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 Egg
Salt to taste
1 tsp White pepper
2 tbsp Oil
Ingredients for sauce:
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Red chili flakes
1 ½ cup Ketchup
4 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Corn flour as needed
5-6 Whole red chilies
1 tbsp Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
2 cups Water
1 tbsp Chili sauce
Spring onion (for garnish)
Directions for chicken:
In a bowl add chicken cubes, flour, egg, salt, white pepper and oil. Mix well and marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
Deep fry marinated chicken on low medium heat until light golden brown. Take it out and set aside.
Directions for sauce:
In a pan heat oil, sauté garlic and whole red chilies in it for a minutes.
Then add vinegar, ketchup, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, chili sauce and mix for 2 minutes.
Then add chicken cubes, water and cook for 3 minutes.
Add corn flour dissolved in water and cook until you reach your desired consistency.
Now heat up a hot plate and brush it with butter. Add prepared chicken Manchurian in it.
Garnish it with spring onion and serve it with fired rice. Enjoy your yummy chicken Manchurian.
