VEGAN CHILLI BEEF
It’s spotlight Saturday! Today we’re sharing this epic plant-based chilli beef with a spicy kick, created by the incredibly talented @veganezer.

Ingredients:
250g plant-based beef mince
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 plant-based stock cube
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
4 garlic cloves
5 spring onions
1 tbsp dried chilli flakes
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 fresh chilli
1 packet of microwave rice
Method:
– Preheat the wok with a little oil
– Add the plant-based mince, break it up and fry until brown and crispy
– Add in the remaining beef ingredients, stir well and fry for an additional 2 minutes
– Serve with your rice, prepared according to the instructions on the packet
