Chicken Keema Paratha Roll
Ingredients for sauce preparation:
Mayonnaise 1 ½ cup
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Icing Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Jalapeno (finely chopped) 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Keema vegetable mixture Preparation:
Oil 1/4 cup
Chicken Keema 1 kg
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Green Chili (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Red chili flakes + ketchup (1 tbsp + 2 tbsp)
Capsicum (julienne) 1/2 cup
Onion (sliced) 1/2 cup

Directions for Sauce Preparation:
1. In a bowl, add mayo, ketchup, garlic powder, icing sugar, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, lemon juice, and jalapenos, and mix it well.
2. Your sauce is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Keema Preparation:
3. In a pan heat oil and add cumin and green chilies and sizzle for a few seconds. Then add onion and cook until translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
4. Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes get soft.
5. Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder and Mix well. cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
6. Add keema and cook until it changes color. Cover the keema for 5 minutes or until releases water.
7. Now add red chili flakes and ketchup and cook until keema is done.
8. Add capsicum and onion and cook for 2-3 mins/
9. Your keema mixture is ready. Take off the flame and set it aside.
Directions for Assembling:
10. Take a paratha, and drizzle the prepared sauce on it.
11. Place the cooked keema on it and drizzle the sauce again.
12. Wrap it in a roll shape and your Chicken Keema Paratha Roll is ready to serve.
