How to preserve Ginger, Garlic and Green Chili Paste | 3G Paste Recipe Foodies Bonjour |

Store upto 3-Months | Ginger, Garlic and Green Chili Paste Recipe with Salt | Foodies Bonjour | Easy and Quick Paste Recipe | 3G Paste Recipe | No Artificial Preservative Ginger, Garlic and Green Chili Paste | Natural Preservative Salt

Garlic Paste recipe to store for a longer period without compromising the taste and colour.
Ingredients:
Add 600 grams of Garlic Cloves.
2 Teaspoons of Salt.
Process:
Grind them well in a food processor/chopper.
Precaution:
1: Garlic cloves need to be washed and pat dried with kitchen towel paper before making paste.
2: Store paste in an air tight plastic box / glass bottle.
3: To keep it fresh for a longer period, place it in the freezer.
4. Always use clean and dry spatula.
