MATAR PANEER
INGREDIENTS

Frozen peas -100 gm
Paneer -100 gm
Onion – 2
Garlic 10 – 12
Ginger – 1 ”
Green chili – 3
Tomatoes – 3

DRY INGREDIENTS
Cumin seed – 1 tsp
Bay leaf – 2
Kashmiri red chili – 2
Cinnamon – 1
Cardamom – 4
Clove – 4-6
Black pepper – 8-10
Melon seeds – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil

METHOD:
– Boil Frozen peas for 5 min
– In a pan add 1 tsp oil
– add all garam masala
– add onion🧅, garlic 🧄, ginger, chili🌶️, tomato 🍅, melonseeds,
– saute for a while
– cover for 10 min
– After 10 min, cool it down
– Grind all the masalas into a fine paste
– Heat oil in a pan
– Fry finely chopped small onion
– Add coriander powder, red chili powder, kashmiri red chili powder & salt
– Saute & cover for 10 min
– Add paneer & peas
– mix well
– cover for a while
– Add fresh cream
– serve hot 🔥
