– 1 cup diced onions
– 4 garlic cloves – minced
– 1 pound grass fed beef
– 1 cup yellow bell pepper – seeded and chopped

– 1 cup turnip – diced
– 1 cup carrots – diced
– 2 cups beets – diced
– 2 tomatoes chopped
– 2 cups of Beef Bone Broth
– 2 tsp crushed red pepper
– 2 tsp ground cumin
– 2 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp ground coriander
– Salt and ground black pepper to taste
– Chopped green onions for garnishing
