Restaurant-Style Prawns Manchurian | Chilli Garlic Prawns Manchurian

Prawn Manchurian is a very popular Indo-Chinese starter/appetizer dish that is easy to make and tastes amazing.
It is a favourite recipe amongst all Indians, it has a sweet, spicy and sour taste.

Ingredients:
200g prawns
1/2 tsp ginger – garlic paste
2 tsp say sauce
1/4 chilli powder
2 pinch of salt or salt to taste
1 red onion
1 tbsp ginger, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 green chilli
1 tsp green chilli sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
50g green bell pepper
Spring onion

Method:
Clean and rinse the prawns.
In a large bowl, add prawns, ginger – garlic paste, 1 tsp soy sauce, chilli powder, a pinch of salt and
mix well.
Add cornstarch, mix well and rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and reduce the heat to medium.
Drop the prawns into the hot oil.
Fry prawns until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Remove the prawns onto kitchen paper.
Continue frying the rest of the prawns.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli and saute for a minute.
Add onion and saute for a minute.
Next, add 1 tsp soy sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, and stir well.
Now, add green bell pepper and stir.
Finally, add fried prawns and mix well on high heat for a minute.
Garnish with spring onion and serve immediately.
