Ingredients
• 1 Onion, Thinly Sliced
• 1 Potato, Thinly Sliced
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 3 Tbsp Besan(Gram Flour)
• 1 Green Chili, Chopped
• 1 Tsp Carom Seeds
• 1 Tsp Red Chili Paste
• 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
• 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
• 2 Tbsp Oil
• 2 Tbsp Water

Method
1. Add 1 thin sliced onion, 1 tsp salt and 1 thin sliced potato in a Bowl. Mix well.
2. Let it Rest For 20 mins. Onion will release its water. After 20 mins, drain off the water. This step helps in making crispier pakoras. So, try not to avoid this step.
3. Now in a Mixing Bowl, add 3 tbsp besan(gram flour), 1 chopped green chili, 1 tsp carom seeds, 1 tsp red chili paste, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp coriander powder, 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp water. Pour very less water, as we do not need watery batter to air fry the pakoras.
4. Make sure to mix everything very well.
5. Line Parchment Paper in an Air fryer and place one by one pakora mixture in the Air Fryer basket.
6. Air Fry at 180°C for 10 mins. Remove Parchment Paper after 10 mins, as pakoras hold the shape and flip over Pakoras to the other side.
7. Now, Air Fry At 180°C For 5-6 more mins.
8. Pakoras are ready to serve.
