Spicy Cheesy Pakora
Ingredients for Besan Batter:
Gram flour 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tbsp
Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Water as req
Mozzarella Cheese Cubes 20-25
Kurkure Red Chili Jhatka 1 packet
Oil (for frying)
Directions:
In a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chat masala, and water. Whisk well until no lumps remain. Keep aside.
Blend the Kurkure Chili Jhatka in a chopper until crumbed. Keep aside.
Now, take a cheese cube, dip in the batter and coat with crumbed Kurkure Chili Jhatka.
Deep fry in oil until crispy.
Your Spicy Cheesy Pakora is ready. Serve with ketchup and enjoy.
