Today on Gloria’s Platter, Chili Garlic Squid is served. This is the same as Deviled Cuttlefish | Devilled Squid just termed differently. This Chili Garlic Squid recipe is easy to make and any beginner can surprise the guests with this spicy appetizer/ side. Adjust the spice and salt levels according to your taste.
Here are the ingredients for Chili Garlic Squid:
1 1/2 lbs. cleaned squid
half a tomato, chopped
half an onion, chopped
half a red bell pepper half a green bell pepper
1″ ginger
salt to taste
1 T crushed chili
1 T soy sauce
2 T oil, divided
1 T ketchup (tomato sauce)
3-4 spring onions, chopped, for garnish
