Pickled Egg Yolks | Best Asian Egg Recipes | Bodian Life

This Pickled Egg Yolks definitely rice thief! Your rice will be gone!
– sour, salty and spicy flavors. That’s so delicious !

▶ Ingredients :
● 10 Chicken Egg Yolks
● 2 bulbs, Garlic
● 5 cloves, Shallot
● 4 stems, Scallion
● Red Chili Pepper
● 60 ml, Fish Sauce/ Soy Sauce
● 100 g, Sugar
● 3 tbsp, Black Vinegar
● 200 ml, Cooked Water

Method :
1. Peel the cloves of garlic, then cut them into thinly slices, cut the shallot into thinly slices as like the garlic and cut the chili and scallion into rings.
2. In a small bowl, add the fish sauce/ soy sauce, sugar, black vinegar and water(cooked). Stir continuously until the sugar is dissolved.
3. After the sugar is dissolved, place the vegetable (garlic, shallot, scallion and chili) into the bowl and set the sauce aside.
4. Crack the egg into your hand over a huge bowl. Let the white drip through your fingers into the bowl and drop the yolk into a plastic container.
5. Pour the sauce in the container and store in refrigerator for overnight.
6. Serve the steam rice and drop the remaining sauce on it, enjoy your meal .
