50 KG expensive & tasty tiger prawns processing & cooking meat style kosha curry with potato for village people.
First 15 ladies processing & cutting all the shrimp and also cutting about 40 KG potato into small small pieces.
Then they clean the shrimp and put all the ingredient into a pot.
After making curry of masala they added all the potato with it and then added shrimp with it.
They also added huge spice ingredient to make it so tasty.
After finish cooking ladies serve the curry to whole village people with rice. They cook 60 KG rice today.
