Ingredients:
1.5 lb Mutton. (Goat Meat)
2 cups Fresh Methi. (Fenugreek Leaves)
1 Onion.
1 tbsp minced Ginger.
1 tbsp minced Garlic.
3 Tomatoes. (Puree)
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Red Chili powder.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
2 Green Chili pepper.
1 tsp Garma Masala.
Recipe:
Heat some oil in a pan. Add onion. Cook until it’s light golden brown. Add minced ginger-garlic. Cook for few minutes. Add tomato puree. Cook for few minutes and add salt and red chili powder. Cook for 7-10 minutes. Add boiled meat.
(I boiled the meat for 2 hours or pressure cook for 7 minutes).
Fry for 5-7 minutes. Add cumin seed powder and coriander powder. Fry for another 7-10 minutes. Add fresh methi. Fry for 3-5 minutes. Add water. Cover and cook for 7-10 minutes. Add green chili pepper. Cover and cook for few minutes. Add garam masala. Cover and cook for few minutes on low heat. Enjoy.
