Super Crispy Crablets Recipe

Ingredients :
500g crablets/talangka
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp spanish paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
300 ml soda
Cooking oil
For dipping sauce
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Ground pepper
3 red hot chili
Sugar
Salt
1 clove of garlic
