Egg Salad Ingredients:
Boiled Eggs (I used 4 so I’d have some for later, too)
1-2 Tbsp dill relish
1-2 Tbsp mayo
Pepper
(Add more of any of it – to taste!)

Sesame Beef Taco meat “recipe” –
1. Heat oil in pan and add chopped scallions if you have any. You could probably even used diced onions instead – I might try that next time!
2. After a few minutes, add 1 lb. ground beef (or pork or turkey) to pan and brown meat thoroughly.
3. Season with garlic powder (probably about 2 teaspoons) + sugar (1-2 tsp)
4. Once meat is browned, add 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce, 2-3 Tbsp sesame oil (if you have it), 1-2 tsp sriracha (if you want), 1 Tbsp more sugar, 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper or chili flakes, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds (if you have). I almost always end up adding a bit more soy sauce, sugar, and/or sesame oil to taste, but I like a LOT of flavor!
