Ginger (sliced) – 1 tsp
Chillies (chopped) – 3 – 4
Spring Onion White – 1/2 cup
Chicken with bones – 500 grms
Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Black Pepper (crushed) – 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Ginger and Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Green Capsicums (sliced) – 1/2
Spring Onion Green – 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Water – 1 1/2 cup
Corn Starch – 3 tbsp (add 1 tbsp cornflour to 3 tbsp of water)
