There’s nothing like complimenting your meals with the right chili sauce recipe. Scotch bonnet or Bonney peppers are commonly found in West Africa and the Caribbean. They are often used in sauces and as condiments to give that unique sweet and hot flavor. The benefits of Bonney peppers make them the right choice for a healthy diet lifestyle!

▶️ The Recipe:
Ingredients:
• Bonney Peppers
• Onion x1
• Tomato x1
• 1 Tsp of black pepper
• 1 Tbsp of all-purpose seasoning
• 1 Tbsp of Oil or more
• 1 Tbsp of Sweet chili sauce
• Bay leaves
• 2 Raw King prawns (optional)
▶️ Method and Instructions:
• Remove stem from chili
• Cut Onions, Tomato, and Prawns into small pieces
• Blend them
• Pour in a sauce pan
• Cook and regularly stir
• When the water is absorbed, add black pepper, sweet chilli sauce, bay leaves, oil, and all purpose seasoning.
• Lower heat and let it simmer for approx. 5 mins.
You can use this chili sauce to spice up all sorts of dishes.
