Ingredients:-
* Moong dal(मूंग दाल
) – 3/4 bowl
* Chickpea lentil(चना दाल) – 1/4 bowl
* Fennel seeds
(सौंफ) – 1 tbsp
* Dry coriander
seeds(सूखा साबुत धनिया) – 1/2 tbsp
* Asafoetida
(हींग) – 1/4 tsp
* Ginger
(अदरक)
* Green chili(हरी मिर्च)
* Curry leaves(करि पत्ता)
* Green coriander(हरा धनिया)
* Spinach
(पालक) – 1 bowl
* Salt
(नमक) – as per taste
* Red chili(लाल मिर्च) – 1/2 tsp
* Mango powder(अमचूर पाउडर) – 1 tsp
* Oil(तेल) – for frying
RECIPE:
Soak the Green Moong Dal and Chana Dal (Chickpea Lentil) for 4-5 hours and then keep it in the strainer. Then grind the Dal coarsely.
Put the ground Dal in a bowl and then put coarsely ground Coriander Seeds and Fennel Seeds. Put some Asafoetida, chopped Green Chilies, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Coriander Leaves and some chopped Spinach in it. Then put some Salt, Red Chili Powder and Mango Powder in it and mix them all. The mixture will get ready then fry the tasty and crispy Spinach Mangodas and serve it with Green Chutney.
