Best Chili Recipe | Lose Weight | Packed with Protein | Meal Prep for the Week

In this video I’m going to show you how I make my favorite chili recipe. It’s packed with protein. It’s extremely easy and cheap to make it’s very delicious.

Ingredients:
2lbs of Ground Beef
1 Onion
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
1 Can of Pinto Beans
1 Can of Black Beans
2 Cans of Manwich or Sloppy Joes
1/2 Can of Tomato Paste
1 Box of Beef Broth
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Basil
Cumin
Spray Oil

Optional Ingredients:
1 Can of Diced Pineapples
2 Packets of Taco Seasonins

If your goal is to lose weight, may want to use ground turkey or chicken instead of ground beef as well as not using the taco seasoning- it still tastes great without it.
