This video is about a super tasty and healthy manioc recipe with a spicy chili sambol in the village style. it will leave you mouthwatering.

Manioc / Cassava is a root vegetable which is full of nutrients. It’s a good source of vitamin C, thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin. And it has been a very popular food in Sri Lanka since ancient times.

Anyways Raw cassava contains cyanide, hence it should be prepared in the proper way, and should not be eaten raw.

In Sri Lanka we make different curries from manioc usually, and cassava chips are quite famous too.

But this manioc roti, that I’m making here is pretty uncommon, and super easy to make. And it’s rich in nutrients. And also super tasty. and this roti will be incomplete without the spicy chili sambol and a good cup of tea would go with this meal.
