Best Vegan Chili Recipe Ever! | Acacia Kersey

Famous Kersey “Spicy” Vegan Chili Recipe:

Ingredients

-2 Teaspoons of Olive Oil
-1 Chopped White Onion
-1 Chopped Red Bell Pepper
-3 cloves of garlic (or 3 to 4 teaspoons of minced garlic)
-roughly half bag of Gardein Beefless ground
-4 Tablespoons of Chili Powder
-2 Teaspoons of Ground Cumin
-1 Teaspoon of Dried Oregano
-1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper (or less)
-1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
-2 Cups or more of Vegetable Broth
-1 Can of Kidney Beans (optional)
-1 Can of Corn (optional)

– Drizzle Olive Oil into a large pot on medium high heat.

-Mix in white onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until softened. Stir frequently.

-Add in your beefless ground the start pouring in your spices. Chili Powder, Cumin, Oregano, Cayenne, and Salt.

-Stir in vegetable broth.

-Add in vegetables/beans if you’re using them.

Bring Chili to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer until it’s at the consistency of your liking. Let it simmer longer if you like thicc boi chili.

(Feeds about 3 people with full bowls)
