SPICY BAGOONG ALAMANG
Ingredients:
450 grams – Shrimp sauce
1/8 cup – Olive oil
1 head – Chopped garlic
12 pcs – spicy Chili
1 tbsp – Chinese cooking ricewine (or substitute w/ vinegar)
1/4 cup – Brown sugar

Cooking time approx. 12 minutes
Serving 15 + people
