Dhaba Style Egg Curry recipe | Simple & easy Egg gravy | Egg Masala recipe – Chili in a pod

A full-filling gravy which is tasty and very easy to make. Restaurant taste with home made spices. Goes very well with roti or Naan .. but we prefer this with Poori or Batura. Give this a try and let us know how it turned out.

For making Fried eggs:
4 nos Boiled and shelled eggs
3 tbsp Oil
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder OR 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
1/4 tsp Salt

For Making Egg Curry:
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 Green Chillies, chopped
5 to 7 curry leaves
2 no Onions, fine chopped – medium
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic, crushed
1 no Tomato Purée – medium (blend to a puree)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Salt
4 tbsp Whisked Curd/Yogurt
3/4 cup Water
Fried Eggs

Garnishing:
Coriander leaves
