Centres of leaves are yellowing

I'm a first time grower of chilli and I'm trying to grow some varieties inside on a south facing window (very sunny region in Germany)

My plants are fine so far and producing flowers! But the two lemon drop plants I have started to yellow in the middle of the leaves, which seems very odd to me..

Do you have any idea what could cause this?
