Ingredients:
250 g linguine pasta
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 170 g canned tuna
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, sliced
2 pcs tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup green olives
1/2 cup black olives
1 tsp chili flakes
3/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
1. In a pot of boiling water, add cooking oil and salt.
2. Add the linguine pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente.
3. Drain the pasta then set aside.
4. In a pan, pour olive oil and butter. Sauté garlic,onion and tomatoes. Add crushed pepper for flavor.
5. Stir in canned tuna and add chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Toss linguine pasta in sauce.
7. Add black and green olives and continue mixing.
8. Mix grated parmesan cheese then throw in basil leaves. Serve and enjoy!
