Ingredients:
1 lbs Beef.
2 Potatoes.
1 Onion.
1 tbsp minced Ginger.
1 tbsp minced Garlic.
2 Tomatoes.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Red Chili powder.
1/2 cup Yogurt.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
2 Green Chili pepper.
Cilantro.

Recipe:
In a pressure cooker add water and meat. Bring it to boil. Pressure cook for 7 minutes. Heat some oil in a wok. Add onion. Cook until it’s translucent. Add ginger-garlic. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add salt and red chili powder. Cook the masala for 2-3 minutes. Add water. (Make sure add boiling water).Cook for 5-7 minutes. You will know when masala is ready the oil separates. Add the meat into the masala. Fry for 3-5 minutes. Add yogurt. Make sure yogurt is room temperature. Cook for 5 minutes. Or cook until oil separates. Add potatoes. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Add coriander powder and cumin seed powder. Add 1 cup of boiling water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Add green chili pepper. Add fresh cilantro. Enjoy.
