For the Siomai:
500g ground pork
100g shrimp
wanton wrapper
1 bunch spring onion
1 pc jicama (singkamas)
3 pcs medium-sized onion
1 pc carrot

For the Garlic Chili Oil:
1 bulb garlic
4 pcs chili or depending on your preference
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp salt
