Ingredients:

For Marinating the Mutton:
500g Mutton (with bones)
1/2 cup Yogurt
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Fried onions
1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 handful Coriander leaves
1/2 handful Mint leaves
2 tsp Dried Rose petals ( or rose water)
3 nos Green chili, slit

For cooking mutton:
1 tbsp Clarified Butter / Ghee
4 nos Cardamom
4 nos Cloves
1/2 tsp Caraway seeds
1 no Cinnamon stick, big
1 cup Water
Marinated Mutton

For Multi grain mixture cooking:
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp Tailed pepper / kabob chini
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 Shahi jeera
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1/2 cup Broken wheat
1/2 tbsp Masoor dal
1/2 tbsp Chana dal
1/2 tbsp Moong dal
1/2 tbsp Urad dal
1/2 tbsp Barley rice
1/2 tbsp Basmati rice
4 nos Cashew, chopped
4 nos Almond, chopped
1 tsp salt
5 cups Water

For Making Haleem:
2 tbsp Clarified butter / Ghee
1/2 cup Fried onions
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
1 tbsp Mint leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Salt
Mashed Mutton Paste
Mashed Dal mixture
1 cup Water
