Dynamite Lumpia | Chili Snacks | Filipino Food Recipe | Best dynamite recipe

Dynamite lumpia is made with big green chili (siling haba) . It’s Filipino snack food.

Ingredients
30-40 Pieces Big green chili (Siling haba)
250 gram minced potato
250 gram minced carrot
2-3 table spoon minced garlic
500 gram ground pork
1 medium size chopped onions
3 table spoon brown sugar
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon ground black pepper
150 gram cheese sliced
40-50 lumpia wrapper (Better to have extra wrapper)
2 table spoon chopped celery or parsley (kinchay)
2 table spoon chopped green chili (optional )
2 table spoon soy sauce

Steps
1.Cut chili into 3/4th deep horizontally and vertically to remove seeds to make space to fill up with ingredients later
2. Cut cheese into 1² cm thin slice
3. Pour oil into hot pan and fry chopped onion until it turned translucent or slightly golden color
4. Now add minced garlic, sauté for 2 minutes in medium heat
5. Add ground pork
6. Add salt
7. Add soy sauce , stir well
8. Now add ground black pepper, sauté for 1 minute
9. Add carrot and potato , stir well and cook for 15 minutes in medium heat.
10. Now brown sugar , sauté for 2 minutes
12. Add chopped celery or parsley (kinchay)
13. Add chopped green chili (optional) mix well and turn off the heat
14. Now fill up all the chili with cheese 1st and then cooked ingredients
15. After fill up the chili , wrap the chili with lumpia wrapper and seal with water (or beaten egg optional)
16. Now pour oil in hot pan , enough oil to submerge the lumpia
17. Fry the lumpia dynamite until it’s golden brown
18. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
