2 lbs. Ground beef
1 cup liver chopped finely
1/2 Spanish yellow onion
10 gloves of garlic
Olive oil 1 teaspoon

1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Coriander
2 tsp. Chili powder
1 tbs. Tomatoe paste
1 tsp. Salt

You can use whatever toppings you like!
