Qabooli Biryani Written Recipe :

Ingredients:
Bengal Gram Lentil 200 grams
Rice (boiled) ½ kg
Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Yoghurt 1 ½ cup
Green Chilies 3
Coriander Leaves 3 tbsp
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Brown Onion ½ cup
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
WholeMix Spices 1 tbsp

Method:
Boil daal until nearly tender, heat oil fry daal slightly; add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, whole spices, salt and yoghurt, fry masala well. Remove and add green chilies and coriander leaves and lemon juice, boil rice with salt and whole spices, until ¾ done. Drain. In a pan put a lyre of rice, then prepared daal mixture, top with remaining rice, sprinkle with brown onion on top yellow color and few drops of kewra. Leave it on dum.

FALUDA SHARBAT WRITTEN RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Milk 2 litter
Colored vermicelli boiled ¾ cup
Caster sugar ¾ cup
Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
Almonds n pistachio chopped ½ cup
Chia seeds soaked 2 tbsp

METHOD :
In your milk add sugar, mix well then add Chia seeds soaked boiled vermicelli, cardamom powder, almonds and pistachio, ice cubes, mix well. Serve chilled.
