Besan ko Tarkari / Besan ki Sabji

Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Besan ko Tarkari. Besan ki Sabji is very delicious dish which is prepared with the pancakes made from gram flour and later it is added in the sauce. This dish is a good source of protein for the vegetarian people. Besan ko tarkari is really popular when we have less fresh vegetables during winter and dry season.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For the Batter
Gram Flour 180 gm
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Chili powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp green chili ( finely chopped)
1 tbsp onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp fresh coriander
water as necessary.

For the Gravy
2-3 medium sized onions
2-3 green chilies
3 medium tomatoes
Garlic & Ginger
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 bay leaves
½ tsp five mix whole spices (panch Phoran)
4 tbsp yogurt
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Chili powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Salt ( as per taste)
Water as necessary
